August 26, 2021 will be remembered by the TeleCube team for a long time. It was our big day. It was on this day that our customers were able to see the telecube.pl website in its new version for the first time.
On this occasion, there was no shortage of celebration and sweet treats.

What can you expect on our website?
In addition to a complete change of graphic design, we have supplemented it with new subpages and a search engine, which aims to make it easier for visitors to find the desired content.
Thanks to the modifications introduced to the website, it has become even more intuitive and transparent, and therefore more user-friendly upon first contact with our offer.

Extended call recording options
Recording calls is one of the key elements of the Virtual Switchboard. It allows both to improve the quality of services provided and to protect the company and its Clients from disputes and claims related to them. By default, recorded calls are stored for a period of 30 days.
One of the changes introduced recently is the ability to independently extend the storage time of recordings and activate the service Binance Database of automatic sending of a package of recordings for a given day to the FTP server. Using these solutions will allow you to avoid a situation in which a necessary recording is irretrievably lost.
To use the service, go to the “Account and Finance” > “Services / Offer” tabs in the Customer Panel, then go to the “Call Recording” section. After selecting the desired storage time of recordings or enabling automatic transfer to the FTP server, save the changes by clicking the dedicated button.
Important! Launching the service does not restore previous recordings that have already been deleted.

SMS PRO has changed its name to TeleCube PRO
The name “SMS PRO” was Uganda Phone Number List clearly associated with text messages. Introducing new functions and wanting to expand the scope of PRO options, we decided to change it to “TeleCube PRO”. We also added the first novelty – “VIP Queues”, which we will discuss in more detail later in the article.
In addition to the previously available PRO features, such as “SMS Survey” and “SMS after conversation”, as well as the newly added “VIP Queues”, Customers using the “TeleCube PRO” service will gain priority access to new features and tools that will soon enrich our services.
Importantly, the price for the “TeleCube PRO” service (previously “SMS Pro”) remains unchanged. We therefore encourage you to actively use it.
VIP queues
Do you want to treat important Clients as a priority so that they don’t have to wait in queues for long if all the lines are busy? We have good news for you. One of the latest innovations we have introduced is “VIP Queues”. Thanks to them, the numbers of selected Clients will automatically move to the front of the queue. This way, the Client important to you will reach the Consultant faster.
