Since the Internet became part of our lives in importance of the the 1990s, its popularity has not stopped spreading to the different areas of our daily lives: from the home to the workplace; and on all the devices within our reach: from our personal mobile phone to our company computer. Added to this are technological advances and the increasingly lower price of fiber optics , a system in which Spain is a pioneer .
The advances are particularly striking in the field of companies. According to the analysis of its data, the National Institute of Statistics (INE) concludes that:
98.4 % of Spanish companies with 10 or more importance of the employees had an Internet connection in the first quarter of 2016.
Eight out of 10 have a website
The percentage of companies with 10 or more list of ireland consumer email employees using mobile broadband rose from 80.7% to 82.9% in the first quarter of 2016.
91.3% of companies with 10 or more employees interacted with public authorities via the Internet in 2015.
One in three companies with 10 or more employees made purchases via e-commerce in 2015.
One in five companies with 10 or more employees made sales through e-commerce in 2015.
The figures confirm the importance that Spanish companies currently give to the possibility of having Internet access in their facilities.
In addition to the increase in its use
There is also the need for a good connection , which is in turn related to the development of systems such as fiber optics . According to the latest data published by the ao lists Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), it is estimated that in Spain there has been an increase of 83.23% in the number of fiber optic clients in the last year. This places our country ahead of neighboring countries such as France, whose growth stands at 52.33%. At a global level, only Australia and New Zealand are ahead of Spain, with advances that exceed 120% compared to the previous year . In the great American power, however, the percentage increase experienced compared to last year barely exceeds 16%.
